Your place is confirmed once your booking form is completed and payment of either the £150 deposit or the full price ticket price of £299 has been received. If you paid the £150 deposit, the remaining £149 balance must be paid by Friday 6th November 2026.
Deposit are non refundable
The £150 deposit is non-refundable if you subsequently decide you are unable to attend.
Transferring your place
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your place to another woman, providing that:
you notify us in advance
the replacement attendee provide the required booking and dietary information.
Your place can not be transfer for a profit or sold for more than the original ticket price.
If you have already paid in full, the new attendee may take your place and you can arrange reimbursement directly with them.
If the event is cancelled or postponed by us
In the unlikely event, we need to cancel the experience, you will be offered a full refund of any payment made, or the opportunity to transfer your booking to a reschedule date.
If the event has to be cancelled, we will contact you as soon as possible with the new arrangements.
Changes to the programme
We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the programme, timings, or other elements to the programme, outside our control.
Drinks are not included in the £299 ticket price and may be purchase separately at the venue.
